• Subscription tool allows charging for access to podcast episodes.
• Sonogram deducts 15% as additional fees from total subscriptions, transferring 85% to the user.

Payment Modes:

• Debit/credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay accepted for fees, subscriptions, or additional purchases

Refund Policy:

• All payments (platform fees, subscription fees) are non-refundable.
• Removal or suspension of content by the user or platform doesn't warrant refunds.

Unused Storage/Bandwidth:

• No refunds or carry-forward for unused storage/bandwidth; it refreshes monthly.

Account Suspension and Deletion:

• Non-payment leads to 15-day active status; after 45 days, the account may be suspended or deleted.
• Accounts with subscribers continue until last valid subscription date before deletion.

Technical Issues or Violations:

• Permanent deletion may occur due to technical issues, policy violations, or non-compliance.
• Content removal from other podcast directories depends on each platform's policies.

Account Deletion and Switching Platforms:

• Account deletion after subscriber-based shows wait until active subscriptions end.
• Switching platforms incurs no refunds; content removal may vary on each platform.

Listener Subscription:

• Listeners pay subscriptions for paid podcasts; free podcasts remain accessible without subscription.

Activation of Subscription Tool:

• Only listeners on Sonogram pay subscriptions via the tool; distribution to other platforms follows their policies.
• Podcast directories/platforms have their monetization options and policies for podcasters to explore.

Switching Hosting Platforms:

• No refunds for the current month upon switching platforms.
• Content removal timing depends on subscriber presence or free show status.

Cross-Platform Distribution:

• Sonogram's removal doesn't affect content on other platforms; manual removal from each platform is advised
