Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Sonogram offers a flexible month-to-month service without requiring any signed contracts. You have the freedom to switch plans, cancel, or seamlessly transfer to another hosting provider whenever you prefer, and we are here to assist you throughout the process.
How does a 30 day’s free trial work?
With Sonogram, you have the opportunity to explore all the professional features through our 30-day trial period, enabling you to experience them at no cost. During this trial, your free account will have a storage limit of 1GB and a bandwidth limit of 10GB. Please note that free accounts will host your podcast for only 45 days, which will be deleted if you choose not to upgrade to a premium account after the completion of your 30-day trial.
How do you upgrade to a premium account?
Once your 30-day free trial with Sonogram concludes, you have the option to upgrade to a premium account by making a payment. Please note that currently, Sonogram does not support annual payments; our payment structure is purely month-to-month.
What all payments are accepted?
Currently we accept all major debit & credit cards and UPI.
How are taxes charged on the premium account?
The price provided is exclusive of tax. The Indian users will be charged GST, and international users will be charged taxes applicable in their country.
