Welcome to Sonogram! These guidelines outline the acceptable content and behavior on our digital platform ("Sonogram" or "we/us").

Whether you're a user or a creator, using Sonogram implies your agreement to follow these guidelines and our Terms of Use.

Sonogram is dedicated to fostering a safe and trustworthy environment for everyone.

We may update these guidelines periodically to align with legal and regulatory changes, so it's advisable to stay informed by checking this page regularly.

Dangerous Content

Sonogram strictly prohibits content that promotes serious physical harm based on factors like caste, race, religion, gender identity/expression, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, age, disability, or body type. This includes:

  • Gruesome depictions of violence, gore, torture, mutilation, dismemberment, corpses, wounds, immolation, and burning.
  • Violence or cruelty towards animals.
  • Hate speech, terrorism support, extremist propaganda, crime promotion, religious disrespect, or threats to public disorder.
  • Promotion, incitement, and glorification of self-harm and suicide through harassment or bullying.

Sensitive Content

To ensure a welcoming and secure platform, Sonogram prohibits explicit sexual content, graphic sexual images, pornography, and nudity.

We also do not allow content that glorifies rape or intimidates victims of sexual assault. Minors' safety is a priority, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for content that involves nudity or sexual activities with minors.

Deceptive Content

Sonogram aims to deliver truthful and accurate content.

Content found to contain false or fabricated information will be removed or labeled as pending verification. This includes:

  • Impersonating existing creators or entities.
  • Spreading rumors, conspiracy theories presented as facts, or promoting malware attacks.
  • Promoting untested, false, illegal, and deceptive medical information.
  • Encouraging financial scams, pyramid schemes, or promoting spam applications.

Illegal Content

Any content violating laws, regulations, or promoting illegal activities is not allowed on Sonogram.

This includes:

  • Non-compliance with sanctions and export regulations.
  • Content intended to promote or commit illegal acts.
  • Unauthorized use, access, possession, duplication, and/or exploitation of content without the required license or authorization.
  • Involvement in buying, selling, or facilitating the use of illegal services.

Additional Information :

  • These guidelines apply to content requiring moderation. Content breaching these guidelines will be promptly removed from Sonogram.
